Orville C. Barnes: is the owner and head trainer at Results Personal Training and Fitness.
Orville has helped numerous individuals from various walks of life achieve optimal health. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and an extensive background in Sports(Football, Baseball, Basketball, Track & Field, and Bodybuilding), just to name a few. He is also an Assistant Football Coach at Smyrna High School.
He holds numerous nationally recognized certifications and is a Certified Youth Fitness Coach and a certified High School Strength and Conditioning Coach. Some of his clients includes: celebrities, models, actors, professional and amateur athletes, corporate executives, kids, blue collar workers, physically challenged individuals, and many more.
Orville believes that with discipline, determination, hard work, commitment, and a burning desire anyone with the proper guidance can achieve their health and fitness goals.
Veronica Wilkinson : "I came to Results Personal Training & Fitness 5 years ago as a client. I had just had my first child and I put on a few pounds too many. I was in a bad place mentally, physically and emotionally. After three months of working with Orville as my personal trainer life was so much better. I was probably in the best shape of my life and mentally and emotionally I was feeling awesome.
During the process of working with Orville I loved the passion that he showed in helping me improve my quality of life through fitness as he like to say to all his clients. I loved everything that Results and Orville did for me so much that I decided I wanted to become a personal trainer myself and share my life changing experience with others. With Orville’s help I became a Certified Personal Trainer, he also worked with me in developing and implementing individualized exercise programs.
Today I am a Certified Personal Trainer at Results Personal Training and Fitness and I could not be happier. My passion is to share everything I’ve learn with others and help them discover and achieve their full potential in both their mental and physical health."
Veronica has a background in volley ball, specializes in 1 to 1 and Small Group Personal Training, and is a Weekend Warrior Bootcamp Instructor.
