One to One Personal Training
One Trainer, One Client
This program is for the individual who desires 100% of the trainer’s attention and guidance.
This program is for the client that has serious desire and determination to have their goals met, client works with trainer exclusively to focus specifically on their needs and attaining their goals.
Each session is 30 or 60 minutes in duration.
Small Group Training
One trainer meets with 2-6 clients in a small group setting
Clients are grouped based on similar goals, age, personality, and fitness level. This program is perfect for the client who likes and want to work in a group setting.
This programs help to build moral, encourages team work, and aids in healthy competition.
This program is also attractive to the budget conscious client.
Each sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
