PROGRAMS


For optimal results, you need a unique program that is as unique as each individual. Each one of our programs begins with a comprehensive fitness evaluation and nutritional consultation. We then develop a program tailored to your specific needs and goals. Programs will be modified and intensity increased at the pace of the individual client.

1 To 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

One Trainer, One Client

This program is for the individual who desires 100% of the trainer’s attention and guidance.

This program is for the client that has serious desire and determination to have their goals met, client works with trainer exclusively to focus specifically on their needs and attaining their goals.  

Each session is 30 or 60 minutes in duration.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

1 trainer meets with 2-4 clients in a group.

Train with a friend, family member or co-worker. This program is perfect for anyone who likes to work in a group setting. It helps build moral, encourages team work and aids in healthy competition. This program is also attractive to the budget conscious individual. 

Each session is 60 minutes in duration.

ASSISTED STRETCHING PROGRAM

Are you suffering from chronic lower back pain, hip pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, headaches, poor mobility or stress?

Lack of flexibility could be the culprit. Our Assisted Stretching Program could be just what you need.  We use a range of different stretching techniques based on each individual needs. Static stretching or Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is our two stretching techniques of choice.

Stretching Sessions are 30 minutes long and are $30 per session.

Packages offered in 5 or 10 session packages.

NUTRITIONAL COACHING & SUPPLEMENT ADVICE

You can’t outrun a cheeseburger. In other words, you can’t out work bad eating habits. Exercise without proper nutrition is a waste of time. We will help you understand food labels, how different foods affect the body, when to eat certain foods, and how much to eat. Our nutritional coaching makes eating right simple and doable.

Because of the poor quality of today's food, even fruits and vegetables don’t have the same nutritional value they did 40 years ago, supplements have become a must for almost everyone.

We will help you understand supplements and which ones are right for you based on your goals and needs.

YOUTH FITNESS/SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Our Sports Performance Program is designed to help young athletes improve their overall athleticism. 

This program focuses on improving strength, power, speed, agility, lateral and linear speed, explosiveness, and functional movement, which can lead to improved performance in any specific sport. This program will do just that.

POST REHABILITATION

If you have done Physical Therapy or you are considering Physical Therapy, this program is for you. If you are like most people who have done physical therapy and want to move to a structured exercise program and don’t know what to do or where to turn look no further.

Physical Therapy is designed to ease pain and help you function, move and live better. Physical Therapy is also designed to prevent or recover from an injury or surgery. Far too often we see people who have done months of physical therapy with no noticeable improvements from when they started. The pain is still there, range of motion is not back to normal and they send you on your way dissatisfied and confused.

This program is designed to alleviate pain, give you your range of motion back, increase strength and flexibility, and prevent further injury and reduce recovery time if you do get injured or have surgery.
